Indonesian adverbs are words that modify any part of language other than a noun. Adverbs can modify verbs, adjectives (including numbers), clauses, sentences and other adverbs.
Adverb of manner qualify the meaning of a sentence by telling us how things happen.

For some words you will need to use the word ‘dengan’ in front of the adverbs. Usually these words are for English adverbs taht end with “-ly.” For example:
- Dia berlari dengan cepat.
- He runs quickly.
